The Road & Bridge Supervisor works under the supervision of the Phillips County Board of County Commissioners and performs administrative, supervisory, and planning work involved with public works and municipal projects. Responsibilities of the position include the development of specifications and cost estimates for all road, bridge, and culvert repair, as well as inspection, preparation, and coordination of multi-year development plans for Department operations.
