Financial Assistance for Residential Properties

Are you a homeowner and want to enhance your property and the surrounding neighborhood? 

PCED offers a financial assistance program for homeowners interested in improving the curb appeal of their home! 

The Residential Revitalization Program reimburses homeowners up to $1,500 in matching funds for the purchase of materials and equipment rentals required to renovate the exterior of their property.

Funding priority will be given to structures in the greatest need of revitalization. Applicants are only allowed to apply for the program on one property, once a year.

Annual program funds are limited and will be approved on a first-come, first served basis. Application instructions and rules are found on the application form below!
