• Assuring the delivery of quality family planning and related preventive health service, with priority for services to individuals from low-income families.
• Assessing clients reproductive life plan/reproductive intentions as part of determining the need for FP services & providing preconception services
• Providing access to broad range of acceptable and effective FP methods and related preventive health services
• Ensuring all clients receive contraceptive & other services in a voluntary client-centered & non-coercive manner
• Identifying individuals, families, & communities in need, not currently receiving FP service through out-reach to hard-to-reach and/or vulnerable populations & partnering with other community based health/Social service providers that provided needed services.
• Help women & men plan & space births

• Help improve infant and maternal outcomes

• Provide Sexually Transmitted Disease screening & treatment services to prevent tubal infertility
