NOTICE OF ELECTION AUDIT DATE
Pursuant to K.S.A. 25-3009, notice is hereby given that an election audit shall be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8th, 2024 in the County Commissioner's Room in the Phillips County Courthouse, 301 State Street, Second Floor, Phillipsburg, Kansas.
A public meeting to randomly select the precincts to be audited will be held at 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2024 in the County Clerk’s Office in the Phillips County Courthouse, 301 State Street, Suite A, Phillipsburg, Kansas.
The election audit shall be of unofficial election night results of the votes cast in the 2024 General Election to be held on November 5, 2024.

In compliance with the provisions of K.S.A. 25-3104, notice is hereby given that the official
Canvass of the 2024 General Election for Phillips County will be Friday, November 15th, 2024. The canvass will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Phillips County Courthouse, County Commissioners Room, 301 State Street, Second Floor, Phillipsburg, Kansas.
